Offerings for Home buyers

My belief is that you should not necessarily settle on a home to purchase. You want to be able to come home and say I love living here. This is what is meant to be. I can’t imagine home anywhere else. You do not want to come home and say things like: this place is ok, I wish I were somewhere else, etc. I am a real estate agent who believes in a good home buying process and living the American dream with purchasing a home.

First off, let me say that I am not partial to any one bank for lending purposes. I am only writing this to help potential home buyers in their efforts to purchase a home, especially those that are finding financing harder to obtain than for others.

Below is a list of unique products offered by a couple of banks that may fit your personal needs. Some banks even offer credit building and rebuilding programs for buyers with less than perfect credit. I would be happy to give you some of these banks information through a private message as I want to stay unbiased to any bank(s) in this post.

Affordable 97 and 100 – For first time and low income home buyers

Fannie Mae HomePath – For general home buyers. Foreclosed properties may be a great way to obtain a home at below-market costs.

Pledged Asset – For borrowers using “gifts” given by parents or family members and allows them to retain their assets.

Smart Solutions 0 For borrowers looking to purchase unique properties or for foreign nationals.

Jumbo Fixed-Rate Mortgage – For affluent home buyers and offers a great way to take advantage of low interest rates.

Doctor Mortgage – For medical/dental physicians and residnt doctors in practice less than 7 years. This is the solution for significant future income while battling student debt.

I’m sure every bank has unique programs to offer home buyers including FHA, VA and Conventional loans. Please contact your bank for information on their products and for mortgage questions.

Pre-rinsing feels like the “right” thing to do, but newer dishwashers are designed to handle food residue, and detergents can work better when there’s something to break down. This post covers when to skip the rinse, when a quick rinse helps, and tips for better results.
