Real Estate Experience

Licensed in Florida since 2006, I work with buyers and sellers throughout Lake County and surrounding Central Florida communities. My experience includes residential resales, new construction, first-time buyers, downsizing and later-life moves, inherited properties, relocation, waterfront homes, and customers coordinating a sale and purchase at the same time.


Real Estate Education

In addition to working directly with buyers and sellers, I am a licensed Florida real estate instructor. I teach continuing education and professional development courses for real estate professionals, with an emphasis on ethics, Florida real estate law, risk management, and practical issues agents face in everyday business.


Industry Involvement

I believe being involved in the real estate profession makes me a better resource for the people I serve. Over the years, I have served in leadership and committee roles within the REALTOR® organization at the local, state, and national levels, including service as a Director and Assistant Treasurer.


For me, these credentials are not about collecting letters after my name. They represent a commitment to education, professionalism, ethical real estate practices, and staying informed so I can better serve my customers.
