Holiday Letter

Valerie Barber, REALTOR® • December 1, 2025

Hello Friends,

As the year comes to a close, I want to thank you for being part of my journey, both personally and professionally. Whether we’ve chatted over coffee, crossed paths around town, or connected online, I truly appreciate the relationships I’ve built over the years and the continued support you’ve shown me.

This year brought a mix of challenges and blessings. The real estate market was a little slower than I would have liked, but it gave me a wonderful opportunity to focus on new projects and to spend more time teaching, which is something I’ve really come to enjoy. I love helping others grow in this business and sharing what I’ve learned along the way.

Will and I had planned a trip to Arkansas with my parents to visit several national parks, but the government shutdown put those plans on hold. Instead, we made the most of it with a cozy staycation and knocked out a few long-overdue home projects. Our house got a fresh look as well with professional painters. We’re pleased with the outcome!

One of my favorite highlights this year has been hosting my customer appreciation events. They’ve been small but meaningful: a chance to celebrate and thank the people who make what I do so rewarding. If you missed an invite this time, keep an eye on your email or text; you might see one pop up for a future event!

I hope this past year has treated you well, too. I’d love to hear how you’ve been and what highlights or wins you’ve celebrated this year. Let’s catch up over coffee, whether in person or virtually.

Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season and a bright, peaceful start to the new year!

Warm regards,
Valerie Barber
